Carmen and Keith’s intimate restaurant wedding at Bacchus Bistro in Brooklyn was truly special. Opting for a restaurant setting for both their ceremony and reception, they created an unforgettable experience surrounded by close family and friends. When Carmen and Keith reached out to me they made it clear they wanted the entire day to be shot candid style. Other than family portraits the entire day was just candid shots of Carmen and Keith enjoying their wedding day. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to document every genuine moment as it unfolded.
Carmen and Keith’s Intimate Restaurant Wedding Unfolds
Bacchus Bistro in Brooklyn was the backdrop for the day. Located in Brooklyn, this restaurant perfectly complemented the couple’s vibe. This restaurant actually closes the restaurant for your wedding day. Their garden is also open for ceremonies or small receptions and their restaurant can hold up to 180 people! Additionally, they also help you put your menu together and match it with wines from their great selection! Carmen and Keith started their wedding day getting ready at Ace Hotel. There I took getting ready photos of Carmen slipping into her wedding dress. Then they did a first look, followed by a stroll through the streets of Brooklyn for portraits. After that, the ceremony took place in Bacchus Bistro garden. I absolutely loved how intimate this ceremony was. It was so beautiful! Carmen and Keith had their close family and friends there. This just goes to show how intimate weddings can be just as special as big weddings. After the ceremony, the garden space was transformed into the reception! Their reception tables had greenery with fresh flower arrangements and they were so unique! I had never seen anything like it before.
